Phillip Island Medical Group is a private clinic. An account is raised at the time of your consultation and discount of $10 is applied if you settle your account on the day.

After hours fees will apply after 4pm on weekends and public holidays (not 1pm). After 6.30pm on weeknights.

Children aged 15 and under are bulk billed during normal clinic hours. After hours fees apply after 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Patients holding Veterans Affairs concession cards are asked to sign a treatment voucher at the conclusion of their consultation.

Pensioners, Healthcare card holders and part pension card holders are charged a reduced fee have the option of making a co-payment of $21 on the day they attend our clinic.

Private patients may either;

Pay the reduced fee of $62.70 on the day and claim the Medicare rebate yourself

Out of pocket cost of $27.10

Pay $31 on the day. We will lodge the Medicare claim for you. Medicare will send a cheque made out to your Doctor in order to settle the remainder of the account.

Pensioners, Healthcare card holders and Part Pension card holders may either;
