Appointments

Consultations are by appointment only. Sometimes urgent medical issues may arise on the day and our appointment system is planned to accommodate these. Please advise reception staff if you feel you or your child have urgent medical issues which require attention. Patients with urgent medical problems are fitted in after normal consultations at 5pm each day.

Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, a return phone call from the practice or urgent advice.

Longer appointments-If you wish to have more time with your doctor, please advise the receptionist so that an appropriate length of time can be booked - this is especially relevant for complex health problems, insurance medicals and counseling. You may have to book further ahead for an appointment of these types but your doctor will be able to give your problem the attention it deserves.
