Telephone Calls

Doctors do not usually take calls whilst consulting: however our receptionists will take a message for the doctor to advise them of your call - if the matter is urgent, please advise the receptionist who will refer the call to the doctor concerned or the doctor on call.

Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, a return phone call from the practice or urgent advice.
